Terms and Conditions

These Terms govern your use of the RoundCraft app (the "App") and the getroundcraft.com website (the "Site"), both provided by Andre Ortiz Loyola Castañeda, an independent developer operating under the NaredRitzo brand ("we", "us"). By installing or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

Your license to use the App

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the App on devices you own or control, for your own crafting and business use. You may use RoundCraft to price and sell items you make. You may not resell, sublicense, rent or redistribute the App itself, or attempt to reverse engineer or extract its source code except where the law expressly allows it.

Free and Premium

The App is free to download and use, with limits on how much you can save. Premium is an optional paid subscription that removes those limits and adds features described on our pricing page.

• Subscriptions are sold and billed by Google Play in your local currency. We never receive your payment details.
• Paid subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each term unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the term ends. Manage or cancel any time in Google Play.
• The 7-day free trial is available once per device and requires no card. If you do not cancel before it ends and a paid plan is selected, standard billing applies per Google Play's terms.
• Refunds are handled under Google Play's refund policy.

Your content

Your projects, photos, notes, quotes and brand assets are yours. They are stored on your device, not on our servers, so you are responsible for your own backups. Uninstalling the App or clearing its data removes this content permanently.

Free patterns

Patterns published on this Site are free for personal use. You may make items from them and sell the finished items. You may not redistribute, resell or republish the pattern files (PDF or .rcpattern) or claim them as your own. Each pattern stays free on its page on this Site.

The quote calculator is a guide

The quote calculator produces a suggested price from the inputs you provide. It is a helpful estimate, not financial, tax or business advice. You are solely responsible for the prices you set and the sales you make.

Acceptable use

Do not use the App or Site to break the law, infringe someone else's rights, or interfere with the App's normal operation. Do not misuse redemption codes or attempt to obtain Premium through fraudulent means.

Intellectual property

"RoundCraft" and "NaredCraft", the logos, the app design and the pattern designs are our property or used with permission. These Terms do not transfer any of those rights to you.

Third-party services

The App and Site link to Google Play, Etsy and Buy Me a Coffee. Your use of those services is governed by their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for third-party services.

Disclaimer and liability

The App and Site are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind to the extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted or error-free. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, or for lost profits, data or sales arising from your use of the App or Site.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. We will change the date above and, for material changes, note them in the App's release notes. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated Terms.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Mexico, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where mandatory consumer-protection laws of your country of residence apply.
