App Privacy Policy

This policy covers the RoundCraft Android app. The website getroundcraft.com uses analytics and cookies that the app does not, and is covered separately by the Website Privacy Policy.
RoundCraft (the "App") is published by Andre Ortiz Loyola Castañeda, an independent developer operating under the NaredRitzo developer brand. The App also links to the developer's separate craft brand, NaredCraft (Etsy shop and support page). This policy explains what data the App handles and how it is used.
The short version
- The App is offline-first. Your projects, counters, time, photos, materials, quotes and brand assets live only on your device.
- No account, login or email is required to use the App.
- Your project content is never transmitted to any server.
- The App contains no third-party advertising and no behavioral analytics. The only in-app promotions are links to the developer's own NaredCraft Etsy shop and tip jar.
- Premium is processed by Google Play. We never see your payment details.
- Optional crash reports (via Sentry) are disabled by default.
Data stored on your device
The App stores the following locally using SQLite:
- Projects: name, optional cover photo, notes, status, dates.
- Counters: name, color, value, optional goal, position.
- Timer sessions: start and end timestamps and accumulated duration per project.
- Materials and a saved materials library: name, unit, quantity, unit cost.
- Quote settings: hourly rate, profit margin, mode and template.
- Tags and tapestry patterns (cells, palette, optional reference image).
- App settings and branding: language, theme, accent color, currency, saved colors, and, for Premium, your optional logo and brand name used only when you export a summary.
- Subscription state: plan kind and expiration, and any redemption code you entered. Stored locally for offline gating.
This data never leaves your device unless you explicitly export it, for example by tapping "Share" on a project summary, which produces an image you can then share through any app you choose.
Permissions the App requests

You can revoke any permission at any time in your phone's settings. The App keeps working for every feature that does not need it.
What we do not collect
- No email, name, age, gender, address or personal identifier.
- No advertising ID and no third-party ad networks.
- No behavioral analytics on your taps, screens or sessions.
- No location, contacts, microphone, calendar, biometric or health data.
Premium subscriptions
Premium subscriptions are handled by Google Play Billing, with receipt validation through RevenueCat. Your payment method, billing address and transaction history are managed by Google under Google's privacy policy. We receive only an anonymized purchase token and the entitlement state (active subscription and its term). See RevenueCat's privacy policy for how they process anonymized purchase events. Premium activation codes (for testers and beta users) are validated locally on your device.
In-app rating prompt
After you finish your first project, the App may ask if you would like to rate it on Google Play. If you accept, Google Play opens its own review sheet. RoundCraft never sees or stores the rating you submit.
Crash reports
The App ships with the Sentry SDK installed but disabled by default. If crash reporting is enabled in a future update, it may send technical error data (error message, stack trace, device model, OS and app version, and a random session identifier). Crash reports never include your project content. See Sentry's privacy policy.
Sharing features
When you tap "Share", the App generates an image on your device from the data you entered. Where that image goes is governed by the app you share it through, not by RoundCraft.

Children
The App is not designed for or targeted at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect data from children.
Your rights
Because all data is stored locally and we hold nothing on a server: to access it, open the App; to delete it, delete a project or uninstall the App; to export it, use "Share"; to withdraw consent, revoke a permission in Android settings. Under GDPR and CCPA, obligations that apply to controllers who collect personal data do not apply here, because we collect none.
Changes
If this policy changes we will update the date above and note material changes in the App's release notes on Google Play.
